I was looking for additional materials to supplement my ITIL training when I found the Art of Service ITIL Study Guide Book online. I purchased the book and ran through the online course over a two week time period. I read the book twice, reviewing my problem areas. I passed the ITIL v3 foundations with an 85% (good for me, since I don’t usually test all that well). I found the Art of Service’s book and online course to be the best method of training that I used (I used another online training course and a different training book as well). The Art of Service book was well worth my $85 investment.
