Had been thinking about taking the ITIL Foundation exam for several years and finally decided to go for it. Researched many training programs/resources on the Internet and based upon several recommendations elected to go with the Art of Service. Am very glad I did – Read the book twice and went through the online course twice – passed with flying colors – I would highly recommend the Art of Service for all your ITIL training needs – I will be continuing on with the Intermediate Capability online courses and then the Managing Across the Lifecycle to become an ITIL Expert.
