Good overall reading and videos, September 23, By Stephen E. Kraus (Raleigh, NC)

I passed my ITIL® v3 Foundation exam today using a combination of materials with the core being this book and the associated videos. I supplemented this with on-line exams and free materials I was able to locate. However, the bulk of the preparation was spent with the Art of Service certification kit. It would have been nice to have had explanations for the correct answers for the quizzes in the book to confirm the answers were correct and I did find some typos in the on-line video presentations but overall, it provides a good framework for the required knowledge needed to pass. Still, I would not rely upon it exclusively as certain other on-line materials and quizzes asked questions requiring information I could not find anywhere in the Art of Service materials.
