No.. you don’t need a PHD in computing to be able to follow the ITIL® Foundation program. To be honest – it does help when you understand the concepts and can place it in an overal IT context. But I have all my new staff going through it, irrespective of their role in the company, and most of them don’t have an IT background.
With the eLearning program you have the added benefit that you have 3 months access to the materials so you can read and re-read as many times as you like. This really helps with the overall understanding and to be able to place it in the correct context.
