There are a series of Practitioner ITIL® courses and exams available.
Both EXIN and ISEB offer Practitioner ITIL® exams, although EXIN has had the programs available for longer.
Practitioner ITIL® courses and exams are available in most ITIL® process areas. The in house courses generally run for 2 to 3 days, depending on the vendor offering the program.
As a consumer of ITIL® Practitioner you need to ensure that the supplier is in fact accredited by either EXIN or ISEB to deliver the training.
ITIL® Practitioner Exams – IT Service Management Practitioner Certificate ITIL® Exams at this level test individual process knowledge
ITIL® Exam – IT Service Management Managers Certificate ITIL® Exams in this category are for those faced with challenges of implementation.
ITIL® Exams in Practitioner and Managers levels must currently be sat as a paper based test, facilitated independently.
