The ITIL® v3 Complete Certification Kit is a great tool to get acquainted with the ITIL® v3 and prepare for the exam. I enjoyed the at your own pace method and the handouts were extremely useful. Just some advice: use the entire kit. If you just read the book or just watch the videos, then you will not do well on the exam. You must take advantage of both resources in order to do well, especially if the material is brand new to you.There is room for improvement, but not much. This is a great product and I have recommended it to my peers.
