I’ve been working in IT for 15 years and found out about this certification relatively recently. I bought this book after reading other reviews and seeing it compare favorably against other self-study guides.Although there are some grammatical issues with the text, it is one that imparts a fairly solid understanding of IT service fundamentals.In a few short weeks I read through the text twice and performed the online training component and quizzes/tests available through the associated website. I passed my exam the first try and in much less than the alloted time.I would recommend this kit, and will seriously consider further training from TAOS when I am able to continue pursuing ITIL certifications.
