ITIL Service Continuity training
| An ITIL® Service Continuity training program allows the participant to develop key skills in the ITIL® process. Such training leads to excellent theoretical knowledge and (more importantly) the ability to apply the theory in practice.
The ITIL® Service Continuity training program can be delivered in house or as an on-line option. In a class-room the program is a full two days of delivery, with a high percentage as practical exercises.
The ITIL® Service Continuity training program prepares participants to sit the equivalent ITIL® exam. ITIL® Exams are by their very nature designed to indicate if the participant can understand and apply the theory knowledge of the ITIL® Framework.
The ITIL® Service Continuity training is one of Service Delivery exams. Exams have to be taken after the delivery of an accredited Practitioner training course.
The ITIL® Service Continuity exam must currently be sat as a paper based test, facilitated independently of the training course provider. The exam is a 2 hour, 40 question, multi-choice exam, based on a provided case study.
