ITIL Continuity exam

The ITIL® Continuity exam allows participants to gauge their level of understanding of the IT Service Continuity management process.

ITIL® Exams are by their very nature designed to indicate if the participant can understand and apply the theory knowledge of the ITIL® Framework.

ITIL® Exams at this level test individual process knowledge

The ITIL® Continuity exam is one of Service Delivery exams. Exams have to be taken after the delivery of an accredited Practitioner training course.

The ITIL® Continuity Exam must currently be sat as a paper based test, facilitated independently of the training course provider. The exam is a 2 hour, 40 question, multi-choice exam, based on a provided case study.
