Did you know that you can actually do your entire ITIL® Expert pathway via eLearning. And just in case this is of interest to you – here is the information about ITIL® Expert certification via the Capability module pathway.
There is no right or wrong sequence to starting with any of the Intermediate modules, with the exception, that all must be completed (and exams passed) before you can take the “Managing Across the Life” program.
In terms of looking at this, as an example from a costing standpoint, to follow the Capability path, you would basically be looking at the following for the
e-learn programs only:
Service Offerings & Agreements – USD$595
Release, Control & Validation- USD$595
Operational Support & Analysis – USD$595
Planning, Protection & Optimization — USD$595
Managing Across the Lifecycle – USD$595
TOTAL FOR E-LEARN: USD$2,975
Each exam costs USD $385 – so total for exams would be: USD$1,925
For exams, we can do one of two things:
(a) Exam at an EXIN office
Upon successful completion of each program, you will receive a certificate of completion from us, and as all of our programs are EXIN accredited, the certificate will enable you to schedule your exams directly with EXIN, or another Training Provider that offers the v3 intermediate programs and exams. (Intermediate exams are NOT available via Prometric Testing Centres)
OR,
(b) Exam at your venue of choice
we can organize all of the exams for you with the selection of a nominated supervisor that does not have a vested interest in your passing the exam. The Art of Service is also an EXIN AEC. This is merely a paperwork exercise to get a person accredited to invigilate your exams by EXIN, however, it should be the same person for all exams. We can get into more detail on that if you are interested in this option. It is certainly a beneficial option, as you could take the exams in the comfort of your own office.
