I passed the ITIL v3 Foundations certification exam a week ago, on my first attempt. I used The Art of Service ITIL v3 Foundation Complete Certification Kit as my primary tool for preparation. I found that the web-based training was sufficient to prepare me, based on the fact that I passed my first practice exam with a 77% score. I took four other practice exams from other vendors and scored between 70% and 100%. I found that the practice exam was very similar in look, feel, and content to the real thing. I recommend the use of this product!
