I bought 3 books and 2 booklets to self-study and pass the PMP. I purchased the ITIL® V3 Foundation Complete Certification Kit and passed the test easily. I went through the book twice, taking the chapter tests along the way and took the complete test 3 times. I would go back to various sections to refresh my memory and enhance my understanding. The only suggestion I have for the future is to fix a couple minor errors (reference to a table is incorrect and a couple sentences seemed like they were not edited as intended) and add a little more explanation. But don’t let these minor errors stop you from using this as your only source. I was getting 85′s on my sample tests and got a 90 on the real thing.
