I bought The Art of Service’s ITIL® v3 Foundation kit some 5 weeks ago, in order to use it to prepare for ITIL® foundation exam an get some introductory grip of ITIL® framework. Combined with online resources (you receive an on-line portal access with complete training) it allowed me to quickly gain basic knowledge regarding ITIL® concept and pass the exam. It is also a great resource for exam preparation, featuring sample exam, test questions and some good tips on how to prepare for exam. basically, it is “all-in-a-box” toolset foryour Foundation certification and entrance into ITIL®. Highly recommended.
