I am very new to ITIL V3. I was browsing some books and teaching centers related to ITIL V3 course. Teaching centers are expensive, at least for me, to learn this foundation course. I found this book with online e-course while browsing. I was impressed and purchased this book. This book is really useful and very informative to understand and learn the course. As a layman to ITIL V3, it is confused in my first reading but I now have better understanding after reading 4-5 times. I am getting ready to give the exam this week. I am confident that this certainly help me to pass the exam.
