I worked through the online classes and then went through the book rather quickly. I took all the test questions at the end of the online presentations, as well as the tests at the end of the book chapters. In addition I worked through the exam sample. Based on what I had wrong in those tests I went once more through the matching paragraphs in the book.
Overall I did not spend too much time preparing for the test. I have worked in an ITIL® environment for a while and am generally familiar with the concepts. My goal was not to be perfect, but to pass with as little effort as possible.
I had studied using other online training before, which was provided by my company. That training however was not nearly as good. “The Art of Service” training explains all the important concepts very straight forward and gets right to the point. No wasted time. I plan on going for additional ITIL® certifications in the second half of next year and will surely get training material from “The Art of Service” again. I won’t waste my time with anything else.
Regards,
Norman
