This is very concise, focused training material to prepare for the ITIL V3 Foundation Certification. I read through the book, worked through the online program, took the practice exams and passed the exam at Prometric the first attempt. The authors have done a great job of focusing this training material on what is needed to pass the exam and provide a basic understanding of ITIL principals.
