Even though this kit is more expensive than others self-study materials out there, it gives you more for your dollars. It’s well thought out and the online content and practice tests were very useful. The book was great but a couple of things were confusing until I saw it on-line with a slide built as it was explained, whereas the book just showed the completed diagram to go along with the explanation. The only complaint I would have about the book is that it does not have color graphics – the online content is all color along with pdfs of some of the graphics you can download. I used this material for a week and passed the foundations test with a 95%. I still refer to this book in my day-to-day job as I’m explaining ITIL® to others.
