I have not yet completed the training or certification, but so far it seems to be very solid.I was a little bit taken aback by the fact that your access to the online course is time-limited, as this was not mentioned anywhere in the product page when I purchased this. Given that in the middle of that training period I was getting married I knew that there would possibly be some delays. I followed up with The Art of Service and they have pledged to make reasonable accommodations for my delays, so I’m optimistic about my ability to complete the training materials and successfully pass the exam.
