I used this study guide and basically tore through it for two weeks prior to sitting for the exam. I finished the exam in 20min and while I wasn’t completely confident that I would pass, I certainly did. The actual questions on the exam were much different than the practice questions I had been studying but those were from a different source. This practice guide will give you the information you’ll need to having a solid working knowledge of all of the ITIL V3 processes. For me however, the best way to study and feel 100% confident going into an exam, is to use multiple different sources in my preparation.Good luck!
