I have been bumping into ITIL® concepts here and there but do not have the luxury of working in organizations that always follow industry best practices. I have been impressed with the applicability of ITIL® V3 concepts to streamline work activities and was searching for a way to improve my toolbox. The book and on-line course have given me an affordable, flexible way to study at home as time allows. It helps to understand the basics before researching deeper into detailed ITIL® concepts.
