I have been bumping into ITIL concepts here and there but do not have the luxury of working in organizations that always follow industry best practices. I have been impressed with the applicability of ITIL V3 concepts to streamline work activities and was searching for a way to improve my toolbox. The book and on-line course have given me an affordable, flexible way to study at home as time allows. It helps to understand the basics before researching deeper into detailed ITIL concepts. The straightforward presentation style builds confidence for a beginner and have convinced me that it is worth my effort to study and take the foundation exam.
