Both EXIN and ISEB
offer Practitioner ITIL exams, although EXIN has had the programs
available for longer.
Practitioner ITIL
courses and exams are available in most ITIL process areas. The in
house courses generally run for 2 to 3 days, depending on the vendor
offering the program.
As a consumer of ITIL
Practitioner you need to ensure that the supplier is in fact
accredited by either EXIN or ISEB to deliver the
training.
