the examination leading to the Foundation Certificate In IT Service
Management: The prerequisite for the Practitioner and Service
Manager levels of certification.

Courses are aimed at staff that have completed the ITIL Service
Management Foundations course and require further training in one or
more specific processes. These courses, as there is usually a course
per ITIL process, are aimed at more in depth knowledge development

ITSM and its ongoing management. The course leads to the highest
level of ITSM certification, either EXIN or ISEB's Certificate In IT

provision.
