found in a number of locations. Most ITSM organizations provide
something in the way of ITIL documents and the list available on the
net seems to be increasing on a daily basis.

Good question, because
the main set of ITIL documents have got to be the library itself.
Then we have the books published by the itSMF which tend to provide
a very good overview of the relevant topics.

whole new area of things such as toolkits (containing multiple
individual documents), templates for things such as Service Catalogs
and SLA’s and even user
satisfaction surveys.
