The African Development Bank has decided to implement ITSM based on Information Technology Library (ITIL v.3) to better respond to business requirements in alignment with its Medium-Term Strategy 2008-2012. Therefore, the Bank has decided to invite consulting firms specialized in the area of ITSM implementation using ITIL V3 through international competitive bidding to assist the Bank in the implmentation.
