The level of interest
in ITIL™ training is booming. However, relatively few people
understand the qualifications required of the ITIL Certified
Trainer. The ITIL Certified Trainer must in fact have formal
qualifications and informal skills.
The ITIL™ Framework
describes a multiple set of world’s best practice
processes.
As an ITIL Certified
Trainer you will have passed the IT Service Management – Managers
certificate. This certificate gives the certified trainer the
pre-requisite theory knowledge to teach (Foundations, Practitioners
and Managers levels).
OF course, the theory
knowledge does not review the true teaching ability of the person
involved. This is where the individual needs to have the maturity to
understand that training is actually an acquired
skill.
ITIL is a globally
accepted set of 10 processes that describe the effective and
efficient management of IT environments. An industry of
training, education and consultancy has been built around the
framework.
