links between Australian and the
United
Kingdom (the undisputed home
of ITIL).

Australia has seen rapid
adoption through consultancy and education programs since the mid
1990’s. Perhaps it’s the distance of
Australia from other nations
that forces the people there to work even harder at “making ITIL
work”.

organization.
